In her mid-20s, Molly returned home to Indiana, to talk for the first time with her parents about her sister's death fifteen years earlier. The conversations that emerged became her documentary PEANUT GALLERY, distributed by Random Media.

​

She works as an Editor and Assistant Editor in New York. 

​

Molly produced the Oscar-nominated fracking documentary GASLAND. Her short films have played Sarasota Film Festival, New York Shorts International Film Festival, Gender Reel Film Festival, Prague International Film Festival, Marfa Film Festival, and others.
